The theme for our fall cooking class was a "Thanksgiving Dinner". Featured were dishes such as Scalloped Pumpkin and Potatoes, Savory Fruit-Stuffed Squash, and Sweet Potato Pie. This is a photo of the serving table, where samples of all the recipes were made available to try.
